There are two kinds of charges displayed on the Search Result page as follows:
Total fees (including tax and service charges) per room per night, according to the number of nights and guests you have set are displayed. The fees in USD (RBM/KRW) in parentheses are just for your information. In principle, payment should be in Japanese yen.
2.Fee per Person (Adult)
The fee per adult (including tax and service charges) per room per night, according to the number of nights and guests you have set, is displayed. If you include your children in the number of guests when you search or the fee is charged per room (such as ○○ yen for a room for two), this will not be shown.
Both 1) and 2) are the charges displayed just to give you rough ideas for comparison.
When you make reservations, please make sure to check the final amount on Reservation Confirmation or Reservation Details.
Both 1) and 2) will be displayed with "~" such as "\9,000~" in the following case: If you search for plans for more than 2 nights, the fee for the first night will be displayed. Regarding the charges for the subsequent nights, please refer to Room Plan or Reservation Details.
Some facilities may charge you additional fees other than "Total/Fee per person". Please make sure to check Notices on Room Plan/Reservation Details.
The regular fee means the "standard total amount (including tax and service charges)" for the number of guests you have set, based on the "standard accommodation fee per adult" publicized on the brochures or catalogues of the facilities. They are displayed on Room Plan just for your comparison.
Regular fees will not be displayed in any of the following cases:
If you include your children in the number of guests and search
If your choice of facility does not have a regular fee or it is lower than one for your choice of plan.
"Days before holidays" principally includes ones before public holidays and Saturdays.
There are exceptions during such successive holidays as Golden Week holidays, the Bon period, and the year-end and New Year holidays.
Cancellation of Your Reservations
If you need to cancel your reservations, please follow the process below.
The procedure varies according to when you cancel.
1. If you do not pass "Deadline of the reservation cancellation via Jalan net.
You can cancel it on the site. Click View and Cancel My Reservation and follow the procedure.
2. If you pass "Deadline of the reservation cancellation via Jalan net."
You cannot cancel it on the site, however, you may call to your choice of facility directly to ask to cancel your reservation.
If you tell your Reservation Number on the Confirmation Email to them, it would go smoothly.
Precautions about Cancellation
Please note you will be claimed the cancellation fee by canceled on your reservations due to the policy established by the facility. Regarding from when cancellation fees will be required, please refer to Reservation Confirmation email or Reservation Details. Your choices of facilities could directly charge you cancellation fees.
If you have already paid deposits, some or all of them could be applied to your cancellation charges.
If the deposits are not enough for your cancellation fees prescribed by their cancellation policies, your choices of facilities could directly ask you additional payments. Please note that once you cancel your reservations, they will not be valid any more unless you make reservations again.
It depends on facilities if deposits are required or/and how much they are. For the details, please refer to the Final confirmation page or your Reservation Confirmation emails.
If deposits are necessary
If the Final confirmation page or your Reservation Confirmation mails say deposits are required, you need to pay on time. By the due dates specified on the Final confirmation page or your Reservation Confirmation mails, please complete your payments following their specified payment methods.
Precautions about Deposit
If you are unable to pay your deposits by the stipulated dates, your choices of facilities could contact you for a reminder. If your payments are still not confirmed, please note that your reservations could be cancelled.
However, your reservations will never be cancelled without notice. If you need to cancel your reservations, please make sure to do by yourself on the site or call your choice of facility.
Your paid deposits will be applied to a part or whole of your cancellation charges.
* It may take a while for some facilities to send "Payment Confirmation," according to circumstances of their accounting departments or local financial institutions. So please wait for about a week, or call your choices of facilities.
