This high-level youth hostel is located at the foot of Mount Agatsuma in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture. It is equipped with an observatory where you can observe celestial bodies on clear days. You can also enjoy hiking in the satoyama, firefly hunting, alpine plant tours, and fruit picking.
