スペインのサンセバスチャンでの取り組みを手本に、
2009年から1年半に１度ずつ函館市を会場に開催している世界料理学会。
第10回目の開催となる今回は、3年ぶりの対面形式でおこなわれました。
過去に登壇経験もある当ホテル総料理長である因藤 典文も招待を受け参加いたしました。


The World Congress of Culinary Arts was being held in Hakodate every 18 months since 2009,
modelled on the approach taken in San Sebastián, Spain.
This year's 10th conference was the first time in three years that was held in a face-to-face format.
Our Executive Chef, Norifumi Indo, who has also been a speaker in the past, was invited to attend the event.
