このたび、より円滑な運営およびサービス品質維持のため、
ご予約のキャンセルポリシーを下記の通り変更させていただくこととなりました。

ご利用のお客様には何卒ご理解を賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。

■ キャンセル料について
・ご宿泊日の 7日前〜2日前：宿泊料金の 30％
・ご宿泊日の 前日：宿泊料金の 50％
・ご宿泊日の 当日：宿泊料金の 100％

※無連絡キャンセルにつきましても、当日キャンセルと同様に、宿泊料金の100％を申し受けます。

ご予約内容の変更またはキャンセルをご希望の場合は、
できるだけお早めにご連絡くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

今後とも、皆様に心安らぐひとときをお過ごしいただけるよう努めてまいります。

Notice of Change to Cancellation Policy
Thank you very much for choosing SPA TERRACE Shisui.

In order to ensure smooth operations and maintain the quality of our services,
we have revised our cancellation policy as outlined below.

We kindly ask for your understanding.

■ Cancellation Fees
7 to 2 days prior to arrival: 30% of the accommodation fee

1 day prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee

On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee

Please note that in the case of a no-show without prior notice,
a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation,
please contact us as early as possible.
