Many novelists and haiku poets have visited Kinosaki Onsen in the past to create their works. Even today, this hot spring resort continues to attract many artists, so we would like to introduce two excellent books that have been published this year and inform you about a literary event taking place in June.
Firstly, we have an anthology by young novelists from Nara, each of whom has created works themed around Kinosaki.
Secondly, there is 'At Kinosaki,' translated by the renowned Canadian translator Ted Goosen, known for his translations of Haruki Murakami. This is the iconic novel by the literary master Naoya Shiga, which serves as the foundation of Kinosaki literature.
Lastly, we have a talk event commemorating the publication of 'At Kinosaki,' featuring the creators. Although the event will be held in Japanese only, it will be a great opportunity to experience the essence of contemporary Japanese literary events.

内容：新訳『城の崎にて』の英訳版 “At Kinosaki”の刊行記念＆『城崎裁判』の著者万城目学さんの第170回 直木賞受賞記念、このふたつの出来事をお祝いするイベントが城崎で行われます。
