Recently it is getting warmer and warmer, and some cities have already announced the blooming of cherry blossoms in their city.
The cherry blossom is a flower which has a special meaning for Japanese.
Many Japanese enjoy "hanami", that is, cherry-blossom viewing with eating and drinking under cherry trees.

Himeji Castle, in actual, is well known as a good site for cherry-blossom viewing.
There are planted approximately a thousand cherry trees whose variation is totally wide.
A weather forecast states that cherry blossom in Himeji Castle is going to bloom on 4th April.
Therefore, "Yozakurakai" ―a special event to see cherry blossom at night― is held from 3rd to 7th April.

Full-blooming cherry blossom are truly aesthetic and suits to solemn guise of the castle.
If you come to Himeji around early April, please visit Himeji Castle to enjoy cherry-blossom viewing.
