本日は冬至！ということで大浴場内湯が“ゆず湯”　また、朝食にはかぼしゃのいとこ煮をご用意いたしました。

“ゆず”には血行促進による冷えの緩和、美肌が期待できると同時に
爽やかな香りにはリラックス効果があるとされています。

長旅で冷え、疲れた身体を温めてください〜

南瓜には保存性があり、風邪を予防するという考えから冬至に南瓜を食べる習慣が生まれたといわれています。
