最近は蝉の声も聞こえはじめていて、草木も花々も鳥も虫も夏の日を浴びて元気に満ち溢れているようです。

そんな夏の始まりを告げるかのように、この時期大町市ではアヤメを楽しむことができます。

特に農具川河川敷では約1万株のアヤメが咲いていて、加えて色取りどりのアザレアも楽しむことができます。見頃は6月上旬まで。

界 アルプスからは車で15分ほど
信濃大町駅からは車で5分の距離にあります。

In late May new leaves have grown and turned into dark green. The breeze blowing across rice paddy field is very pleasant. The landscape is bright and energetic. It feels like the beginning of summer!

Today we would like to introduce the Nogu River which is a scenic spot for irises.
Ten thousand of irises are in full bloom along the river. The best time to see the irises of Nogu River is around late May through early June.

It takes approximately 15 minutes from KAI Alps by car, or 5 minutes from Shinano Omachi station by car.
