Why not try making miso, a traditional Japanese seasoning?
■Experience Details
Miso is made by mixing boiled soybeans and rice with wheat salt.
It is a healthy fermented food.
Nowadays it is easy to buy miso, but handmade miso is really delicious.
I let mine mature for about two months. When it is ready, take it home and enjoy it at home.
After preparing miso, we make miso soup and local dishes with seasonal vegetables together.
Rice and vegetables will be made at my house.
Let's enjoy Japanese home cooking with homemade ingredients.
It is a delicious and healthy meal.
After the meal, if you wish, I will take you to a nearby supermarket.
