Long continued hostility

The hotel I stayed in Ise City seemed old and uninspiring from what I saw on the booking website. However, the room was small but very clean, there were two types of rubbish bins, one for recyclable waste and the other for non-reusable, and the large bathroom (artificial hot spring) had body soap for children and mentholated body soap and shampoo, which was appreciated at this time of year. A lot of consideration was given to the tiny details. I felt the spirit of hospitality that has long continued since the Edo period. And then, needless to say the hotel staffs were very kind and sofisticated.

I would like to thank the hotel staff

Shortly after my booking, I received a detailed confirmation email that included my check-in and check-out times, as well as dinner arrangements.
Two weeks before check-in, I informed the hotel of my arrival time at the station and requested to store my luggage. The hotel promptly replied that it was no problem. Upon checking in, I found that my luggage had already been sent to my room, which I found very thoughtful .
During dinner, the restaurant staff served each dish on time, making for a delightful dining experience. The next morning, I enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast at the restaurant.
Finally, I want to particularly praise the service attitude and capability of the hotel staff. When I checked out, I stored my carry-on luggage without any tags for identification. However, the staff recognized my luggage at a glance, showcasing impressive memory!
This stay was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!
