- hotel reception has been helpful rather different from other review I have read online
- Room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated with toilet and bathroom (not common in hot spring hotels)
- onsen was nice with plastic bags available for wet items or dirty laundry (really appreciated)
- Ms Itou has been very professional and showing the authentic Japanese care + hospitality

Amazing hospitality

During my stay, weather was not good and snowing so much.
The staffs cares me for my way to home as checking weather situation.
And always smile with warm heart !
Maybe best hotel in the Tottori city!
Just one … I love Onsen and public bathing but the security number for the door changes everyday , have to ask the number every day at the front desk.
Hopefully it could be changed to weekly basis , not daily..

Following its refurbishment and rebranding to Oedo Premium, this hotel continues to deliver its trademark quality. A Peaceful Retreat by the Flowing Stream

I stayed at Genbikei Onsen Itsukushien in September. The room was spacious and bright; although the facilities were a bit old, everything was very clean, and the faint scent of tatami added a sense of comfort. The hot spring water was gentle, providing a deep sense of relaxation. For dinner, I chose the Maesawa beef set meal, which offered a good variety of dishes with solid flavors. The hotel is within walking distance of Genbikei Gorge, where the sound of the flowing stream and the tranquil scenery make time seem to slow down. Overall, it was a warm and pleasant stayhighly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle.

Hotel with Shopping and entertainment

I like this hotel because it’s location,near the shopping mall,
Hotel staff are very good,Spoken English very good .
The station is 小樽築港駅from the station along the covered bridge following the sign of hotel can get there easily.
The breakfast restaurant is beautiful with sea views and a lot of
Boats.
From second floor there is door open at 10:00am,can go to station directly.
So it’s very convenient hotel ,especially in rainy days ,can play all day long in there
I will recommend it to my friends
