  A peaceful hotel in a beautiful valley

  A comfortable hotel.  Quiet and peaceful.  One can relax in the beautiful valley surrounded with autumn leaves.  The room is new and clean.  Only that a bath seat/chair in the shower room may need to be provided to elderly guests.

  2025 summertime

  This is really lucky for us to choose this hotel ,
  good services for shuttle buses pick up and pick down on schedule,
  front desk staff are great ,
  The room is large enough with second floor ,
  The refrige is very cold for keeping food well.
  Breakfast is great too
  The location is very good for us having walk to the terrace eating and shopping and reducing weight !
  The hot springs are very good,clean enough,from 3:00PM to 9:00AM, providing cosmetics Pola washing,Lotion,Cream.
  Staff are always doing work with good attitude,
  We are so appreciative that we are really enjoying it,
  Thanks for everything that you did for us,
  We will come back again!

  Very relaxed stay

  The environment is quiet. Its is a good place to relax ourselves. Both breakfast and dinner are nice. Onsen is good. I will recommend this hotel to others.

  A satisfactory traditional onsen trip!

  I visited Shoho's onsen 7 years ago, and here I come back with my friend to experience the entire stay with Shoho.
  We booked the room in the east-wing building with a private in-room onsen and a great view to enjoy the whole landscape of Matsumoto city. The room is so fantastic with traditional onsen ryokan style yet maintaining very good shape.
  Onsen is the biggest in Nagano Prefecture, which is a must-visit spot.
  We ordered a special set of heavily featured local beef for dinner, which is very delicious, my friend is allergic to seafood and the resort is nicely prepared in advance. Breakfast was served at the same place with a great variety of traditional Japanese styles.
  This is a must-visit place when you visit Matsumoto and surely worth coming back many times. The hotel arranged a shuttle bus to transfer customers to and from the station, so it is very convenience.

  Nice Place to Stay for Hot Spring

  We arrived late but host prepared the bed, snacks, and hot water for us, also warm the room in advance, we asked many help and they are always patient and try to provide us needed information. It's a lovely place and we are willing to be there again. Tips to traveller, if u arrive late to the metro station in the evening, u may need to walk 30 min to the hotel, in the day time, there is bus toward the hotel which is very convenient, please consider this.
