We stayed this hotel for 3 nights. It really was a convenience venue. But when we check in, I tried to ask for the parking space with a higher height. The staff draw a star on the map to show the entrance but the place was wrong. We cannot find the place until we asked her second time. She gave me an other venue show on the map which was totally different from the first time.  Excepting this, everything was fine during our stay.

Convenient place to stay near the airport

It's very confortable for us to stay after the flight,
and rent a car tomorrow morning.
We like this hotel very much.

Excellent hotel near JR Osaka station

We spent a total of nine nights here during the Christmas time and this hotel gave us great memory and comfort.  First about the room they were clean and had plenty of space.  The bath room was relaxing with a reasonable bathtub to take a good bath before sleep.  The view on both side either to the south over to the JR station, ルクア, and the busy business area or to the north towards 淀川 are spectacular.  We also used the service in the hotel of handling the luggage, three times.  Every time we had smooth flow and welcoming faces.  Although we had quite a few bags and suitcases, the staff were always helpful.  This is not the first 9 nights of my stay here, and every time I see consistent and high level of service.  We didn't try the hotel restaurant for breakfast nor dinner yet though.

love this hotel

very clean. the staff are very helpful and welcoming. the room has sufficient space and the bed is very comfortable. plus the view of the river is lovely at night.
I hope to come again soon.

Overall quality is very good

Behind the outlet so good for my flight schedule as reach Japan at evening time. Parking space in the hotel is not too many but there is a large public car park so adjacent to the hotel and the price is very good (just 800 yen per night). Room size is not too small for 3 persons. The breakfast area is at the top floor of the hotel so the view is good. Overall quality is very good.
