  We had a wonderful stay at this onsen hotel

  We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
  One of the highlights was the onsen area. There are many different hot spring baths to choose from, and the sauna was pleasantly hot and very relaxing. The hotel also provides a wide variety of shampoos and toiletries, which is a very thoughtful touch. The only small downside is that the outdoor view is not particularly scenic.
  Another pleasant surprise was the pizza at dinner it was honestly better than many pizzas from specialty pizza restaurants.
  We also really appreciated the 500-yen voucher provided by the hotel. It can be used not only in the shop but also at the hotel’s bakery, which makes it very convenient and great value.
  Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

  We had a wonderful stay and felt truly excellent

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt the value for money was truly excellent.
  First of all, the price is incredibly reasonable considering the generous breakfast and dinner included  it really felt like a great deal. Our room also had a beautiful ocean view with a small balcony, which was lovely. Listening to the sound of the waves was very relaxing.
  Dinner was outstanding in terms of value. The crab legs and steak were both very good quality. The sashimi section was also great especially the salmon and sweet shrimp. My child absolutely loved the chocolate fountain at dinner, which was a very fun touch.
  The kids’ play area on the first floor was another highlight. There were many different toys, and my child enjoyed spending time there. The small shop inside the hotel was also convenient, with very reasonable prices  even 100-yen Coke available.
  Finally, I would especially like to thank the Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk.

  ゆったりならここ！

  車で丘の上にあるホテルに到着しました。スタッフの方が駐車場で案内をされてました！あたたかい志し！部屋は和洋で2人でゴロ寝するには広過ぎる座敷とツインベット2つ．ゆったり２泊にするとよっかたと後悔しました。夕食も朝食もメニュー豊富！！洋、中、和　とよりどりで特に刺身と寿司は流石知床！！！朝食での海鮮ははなまるでした！　おんせんも室内と露天風呂でとっても広くゆったりできました！We arrived to the hotel located on the hill.  One of the friendly staff greeted us in the parking lot.  Very welcoming! Our room was very spacious for two.  It was combination of a room with a traditional tatami matt floor, which was too big for 2 people to lay down (good for at least for 4-6 people) and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. I regretted we should have stayed for 2 nights!. Both dinner and breakfast selections were excellent for those seafood lovers in Shiretoko. This hotel does not disappoint you for sushi and sashimi but also offers variety of other selections in buffet, allowing you to try in small portions first. (My partner is from Guatemala who lives in US and thoroughly enjoyed food!) Huge  indoor and outdoor onsen, which was very relaxing!
