The conditioning was not working so there was no hot air supply to the room. Despite a gift was presented as compensation, there was no offer for alternative for consideration like changing to another room. A heat fan was provided but the gasoline smell filled in the whole room which is unbearable.

The environment is quiet. Its is a good place to relax ourselves. Both breakfast and dinner are nice. Onsen is good. I will recommend this hotel to others.

Very Nice Hotel with Good Price
Stayed around Christmas for skiing. Not close to ski lifts but shuttle bus just outside of hotel so can still access Happo-One ski slopes rather conveniently, just may take a little more time.
Food is very delicious with good variety. Room got mini-kitchen and microwave which would be very convenient if not taking dinner plan with hotel.
Got both indoor and outdoor onsen which are hot enough, helps to relax much after hard-skiing.
Room is good size big enough. There was 1 day where the room got some strange smell after back from skiing, guessing could be from cooking from other room. But after turning on air fan then smell disappeared after a while.
Overall it is a very nice hotel with good price and quality. This is my second time visiting this hotel and will visit again. -

It is near the bus stop, the bus station for Komagane ropeway no.K15 just in front of the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they assisted us they served us green tea in the room. The service was good and hospitality were good the dinner was course and delicious and the breakfast much better if they serve a hot coffee. The ofuro outside is very comfortable and nice. We had a great vacation. And the room I reserved with pet accommodations room because in the website there was no available room but when I called on the day before we arrive to the hotel they offered me the other room near at the restaurant and the room was smaller than I reserved. The good thing it was near at the restaurant.
