We stayed this hotel for 3 nights. It really was a convenience venue. But when we check in, I tried to ask for the parking space with a higher height. The staff draw a star on the map to show the entrance but the place was wrong. We cannot find the place until we asked her second time. She gave me an other venue show on the map which was totally different from the first time. Excepting this, everything was fine during our stay.

Very convenient hotel

The hotel is just steps from the metro station, with big supermarkets nearby, is perfect for short stay or long stay customers. But it is a bit disappointing the hotel starts to charge baggage storage fee when we checkout and checkin again(we stayed 1 night at another hotspring hotel).

Very clean

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the bathroom facilities were good. It's a bit of a distance from the station and the nearest convenience store, but otherwise, it's really great.

Room equipment convenient, and front desk service

Very enjoy this time stay in the hotel, especially first day since the washing machine got some problem, your staff was very helpful, and try to fix it, unfortunately maybe it quite trouble, but she also help me to ask other staff to come on next day. All staff are so nice and helpful, I will be make the reservation again next time.

a very satisfying accommodation

A family of four stayed here. Like other Japanese accommodations, the space was a bit cramped, but it was fine for four people.
It was very close to the subway station, so it was very convenient to get around and it was also good for getting to the airport.
There were many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and there was also a large supermarket nearby, which was very nice.
Overall, it was a very satisfying accommodation and I recommend it.
