pretty good as expected

Overall,we had a wonderful stay,but my wife noted a few small points that could be improved.
�@Room Maintenance: Although the room itself was beautiful,she noticed some stains on the tatami mats and a few scratches on the furniture,which was a bit disappointing.
�ABreakfast Options: The Western-style breakfast was unexpected.While the taste was absolutely excellent,we were hoping to have local fish,given the regional characteristics of the area.
�BHospitality at Checkout: This is not a major concern,but since there were only a few guests staying,it would have been nice to be greeted or seen off by the manager or person in charge during checkout.Small gestures like that leave a lasting,positive impression on guests.

Great Value Capsule Stay with Sauna

I had a genuinely comfortable stay at Nikoh Capsule Hotel Refre, right in the center of Sapporo. The place is spotless and has a calm, relaxed vibe, and the bath and sauna facilities are topnotch  perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The cold plunge was at an ideal temperature, something sauna lovers will appreciate. The capsule itself felt more spacious than expected, with good lighting, power outlets, and everything you need for a solid rest. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole stay feel smooth and reassuring. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and sights just a short walk away. Great value overall, and I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo.

Relaxing Hot Spring Stay Near Kyoto Station

I had an exceptionally relaxing stay at this hotel. Despite being right next to Kyoto Station, the natural hot spring felt calm and tucked away, offering a welcome break from the city. The public bath was spotless, the water temperature was just right, and the open-air bath had a wonderfully soothing atmosphere. My room was compact but smartly designed, and the bed was genuinely comfortable  I slept better than expected. The complimentary yonaki soba was a charming touch at the end of the day, and every staff member I interacted with was warm and attentive. With its unbeatable location and thoughtful amenities, this hotel makes an ideal base for exploring Kyoto. I’d happily stay here again.

素晴らしい露天風呂

飲泉も最高！
夜の露天風呂はいつまでも入っていられる。
フロントのアットホームな雰囲気が『安心』を感じさせる。
他所ならコインが必要なマッサージチェア・フットマッサージャー・コインロッカーなどが無料なのも嬉しい。Happiness(^^)

また宿泊したい

コンサートの為に宿泊しました
部屋まで案内してくれたり、帰りのバス停まで髪の短い女性のスタッフの方が案内してくださいました
チェックインより早い時間の到着でしたが、問題なく早めに入室させてくださったおかげで、その後の予定がとてもスムーズ進んだことをお礼申し上げます
普段よりきっと高い料金設定だったと思いますが、ホテルの方の何気ないおもてなしで快適に過ごすことができ、金額以上の満足でした
Happinessな思い出ありがとうございます!
次回はしっかり札幌観光行きます
