Good hotel for a family trip around 浜松町

We stay here for a family trip with 2 kids. The layout of the room from the website looks like a good fit for a family of 4ppl. The hotel staff at the reception is kind and helpful.
The layout and the setup of the room matches our expectation especially we appreciate the setup of bunk beds for two kids. However, the room is not very clean comparing to other regular hotels in Tokyo. We didn't notice that it doesn't include daily cleaning service and you must pack the garbage by yourself and leave it at the door every morning. Also, as it doesn't have a restaurant, you would get a 500 yen. coupon/per person instead. But the coupon is not very convenient to use at the restaurant nearby as only some restaurants accept it. By the way, the A/C unit in the room is quite noisy.
