  Had the best Hospitality! Great atmosphere.

  We were warmly greeted by the staff and were impressed by the great service we got. It has a very traditional feel and atmosphere which really helped us to relax and enjoy our stay! The food has great variety and was amazing! We are also big fans of the onsen which we do not have back home!!

  美しいホテル

  The Hotel is very beautiful.  The view of Nagasaki from the mountain was beautiful and  the breakfast was delicious.  However, the door to the hot spring wasn't locked, which made me feel a little unsafe.

  夕食はとても美味しい

  I want to give my  compliments to the Chef. Everything was delicious and the dishes were very creative. I've had dinners at many hot spring hotels, and most of them were quite similar, but the dishes here were creative and gave me a fresh experience.
  The staff were very friendly and polite, which made me feel warm and cared for.

  Very Good Cost/performance

  Hotel room is a bit old, but dont feel dirty. The price is really good, It's around 10 minutes walk to the transport hub (JR/Shinkansen, bus and ferry to nearby island) and around 5 min walk to the nearest convenience store. There are some Manga (but all in Japanese) that you can borrow in the lobby. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

  Convenient and high hospitality

  I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji and would rate it a perfect 10.
  The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around Osaka. What truly stood out was the staff  they were professional, efficient, and very welcoming. They handled everything smoothly, including arranging taxis and assisting with luggage delivery, which made our stay completely stress-free.
  The hotel was very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety and quality. A special touch was the welcome card, which made us feel truly valued as guests.
  I stayed with a group of eight people traveling from Europe, and everyone had a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
  I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
