Navi need to updated
Staffs are friendly and can communicate in Japanese and English, which was great. I was expecting a Nissan eNote but was given a 2022 Suzuki Swift, not a big deal. I booked the car to be collected at 12pm and I arrived 30min late, the car was already in the carpark waiting for me. Car was clean inside out, petrol tank was full as expected. Make sure to give the car a thorough check, as it is not a new car, there is bound to have scratches and dents. Sat Nav was not the most updated version, have google map on your phone just to be on the safe side. Ask for the ETC card at the counter if you need to go on the motorway, that saves a lot of time.
