下記日程にて、貯湯槽の定期清掃を実施いたします。

清掃日時：2025年11月26日（水）午前11時〜午後3時頃まで

清掃作業中は、館内すべての給湯関係が使用できなくなります。
（浴室のお湯もご使用できません。お湯を使用すると赤水とエアーが出る　
可能性がございますのでご注意ください。給水は使用可能です。）

お客様にはご不便ご迷惑をお掛けしますが、ご理解ご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。


Notice of Hot Water Tank Cleaning [Cleaning Date: Wednesday, November 26, 2025]

We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage of Smile Hotel Sapporo Susukino Minami.
We will be conducting routine cleaning of the hot water storage tank on the following date.

Cleaning Date and Time: Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from approximately 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

During the cleaning work, all hot water facilities throughout the hotel will be unavailable.
(Hot water in the baths will also be unavailable. Please note that using hot water during this time may result in red water and air coming out. Cold water supply will remain available.)

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
