今年、異常に長く感じた夏の終わりがやっと見えてきました。そしえ遅い秋が訪れたようです。まだ日中は少し暑い時もありますが、朝晩は上着が必須になりましたね。
やはり寒くなると鍋が食べたくなります。CABIN新宿の朝食も夏のメニューだった豚の冷しゃぶから、ブリの温しゃぶに変わりました。
皆様、ブリしゃぶをご賞味しながら、秋の雰囲気を味わいませんか。

Dear our guests.

This summer which felt unusually long this year is finally over and the late fall has arrived.
It is still hot during the day, but in the morning and evening, a jacket is now a must.
When it gets cold, we want to eat nabe, a hot pot dish.
Autumn and winter are the perfect season for nabe.
We prepared yellowtail shabu-shabu for our breakfast.
