このような多様性を尊重し、アクアチッタナハでは2026年４月１日よりタトゥーを理由としたプールのご利用制限を撤廃することとなりました。
国内外のご宿泊者様が安心してご利用いただける、開かれた環境を目指しています。
場合によっては、タトゥーを一時的に隠していただくようお願いすることがございます。
すべての方が快適に過ごせる空間づくりのため、皆さまと共により良い環境づくりを進めてまいります。

New Policy: Tattoos Are Now Welcome at Our Rooftop Pool

Tattoos are a meaningful form of personal expression and cultural identity.
In respect of this, Aqua Citta Naha will welcome all guests regardless of tattoos, starting April 1, 2026.
We want every guest — both from Japan and abroad — to feel comfortable and at home in our pool area.
Please be aware that in certain situations, we may ask you to cover your tattoos temporarily.
We are dedicated to creating a space where everyone can relax and enjoy their time with us.
