One of the biggest events in Sapporo, “The Snow festival” is being held in Sapporo at the moment! There are 3 places where are Odori park, Susukino and Tsudome.

Today, we would like to talk about our payment system. It is unique and most foreigner guests may have never seen and experienced it.
The payment for room charge must be done at Check-in in our hotel. A card is given at Front desk after filling reservation form out and insert it into the “payment machine” for the payment.
Cash and all kind of credit cards are acceptable.
Then, the card becomes your room key during your stay and you can go up to your room.
Check-out is also done at the machine.
One of the benefits of the system is that it doesn’t make you wait in the queue at Front desk if there are many guests.
However, it doesn’t accept Union Pay for Chinese guests, unfortunately. It requires PIN number of Credit card if the payment is over 30,000yen as well.
We will take the payment at Front desk if you would like to use Union Pay or if you don’t know credit card PIN number (When the payment is over 30,000yen only).
