It has been warmer and warmer here in March.

Today, we would like to introduce you about one of Japanese sweets!
It is called Shiratama Cream Anmitsu.
This is kind of traditional sweets and has soft ice cream on the top, some fruits preserved in syrup, 2 kinds of rice cake that are Green, Pink color and white circle shape underneath and red bean paste.
Black sugar syrup is added on the top before eating.

The best combination of the rice cake and the red bean paste in your mouth but also the fruits freshen if you feel it is too sweet in your mouth.
I love this sweet and feel that Japanese people love sticky food as you can see Japanese rice.

We would like you to try once when you come to Japan.
