Animal Shadows
Hans Schohl is a German kinetic artist. His main themes are the celestial mechanics and the shadow. Onoyotonn is born and raised in Gunma. Till today her parents manage a pig farm. The focal point of Onoyotonn’s artist work, the pig, is a familiar presence.
On the occasion of the Nakanojo Biennale 2015 the both artists named “HANSTOYOTONN.PRESS“. This is their first attempt to collaborate and to find a compressed image for the animal as a living being.
