What happened today

Spring Mountain is graceful
Summer Mountain grows dense
Autumn Mountain undresses serenely
Desolate mountain in winter

I have learned the expression of “Yama Warau” (Mountain smiles) as a spring season word (in haiku) and this led me to an old chinese poem by landscape artist Guo Xi.

It expresses season transit slowly
It feels like the beginning or end of the day
or even someone’s entire life
I wonder the reason why he expresses the landscape like it’s his skin is because man’s life was matched to the rhythm of nature a long time ago.

If I attempt to go against then it breaks the rhythm, so I’ve decided to draw with the rhythm.
