Debut performance of “Nakanojo Gekidan ( theatre company )”
Original Musical　“Jo & His Funny Friends”(Jo Nakano) has come from the future!
His easygoing friends from the forest team up with his clumsy friends and save the future of Nakanojo, which is in danger, using magic from the goddess of art, Maron. There is so much in this musical, please enjoy!

Jinya Imai
After studying at the National Noh Theatre and Tokyo University of the Arts, Jinya is pursuing the possibilities of the small hand drum as a freelance player. He presides over art performance unit Megalo Theatre and directs contemporary theatre, dance and music. He also directs Shinsaku-Noh (Noh which was written during and after the Meiji period) based on folktales or mythology. He participated in Nakanojo Biennale in 2011 and 2013.
