Sound of Irori

We can hear “the sound of today’s Nakanojo” by live casting from the Irori fireplace in the Tomizawa house. This house is old folk house. In this place, there is not a fire for livings anymore. Around the Irori fireplace where people ever sat, I want you to listen to it “the sound of today’s Nakanojo”.
There are several “warps” extending to the ceiling in the Irori fireplace. At this place that have seen a story of a silkworm and a textile and a story of the past living, we want to weave textile with a weft in our own way.
Monitoring is available to the public in tsumuji. Your voice becomes this art work.
