紀伊長島港市から下河内の里山定食への流れが個人的におすすめです。

【三重きいながしま港市】
日程： 4 月 14 日（ 土 ）
時間： 9時00分〜12時00分
場所： 長島港魚市場　※季の座からお車で約15分。

町内外から25業者が出店し、漁港直送の鮮魚や伊勢えびをはじめ種類が豊富な干物、サザエ・カキなどの貝類、かんきつ類、細あんまきなどの和菓子、各お寿司や押し寿司、さかなめしなどの地場産品からお総菜や屋台などが並び多くの買い物客で賑わいます。

【下河内でそば打ち体験＆直売所】
日程： 4 月 14 日（ 土 ）
時間： 10時00分〜14時00分
場所： そば蔵 旭屋　※季の座からお車で約25分。

全く初めての方でもそば打ち体験を楽しんでいただくことができます（予約無しでもＯＫ）。
またこの日は地元手作りの下河内そばをはじめ農作物や漬物、こんにゃくなどの下河内産品を販売する直売所もオープンしています。
また里山定食やざるそばなどの食事も人気です。

【Kiingashima　Port market】
Schedule: Saturday, April 14
Time: 9: 00 - 12: 00
Location: Nagashima Harbor Fish Market ※ Approximately 15 minutes by car from the hotel season.

There are 25 traders from inside and outside of the town, fresh fish sent directly to the fishing port, dried fish of various kinds such as Ise shrimp, dried shellfishes such as scallops and oysters, Japanese sweets such as citrus fruit and fine dish, each sushi, pressed sushi, fish sash etc. Local dishes, dishes and food stalls line up with many shoppers.
