昨日ご紹介いたしました【ヤガラ】が、本日のプリフィックス（選べるお造り）に登場いたしました。
【ヤガラ】はお客様の8割が選んばれ人気でした。
ちなみに、【ヤガラ】の特徴的な細長い口は、岩場やサンゴの間、流れ藻の中に隠れた小魚などを効率よく吸い込んで食べる為に長いそうです。

あと総料理長によると、明日は鯛の王様「メイチダイ」が登場するそうです。
