Hyakuhattai

There is a custom called “Hyakuhattai” all over Japan.
In the Bon Festival, we light 108 fires on the road so the soul doesn’t stray.
Nobody knows but nature, wild cherry blossoms and river water; people light fires and pray on a dark lonely road at night for a few hundred years.
Here I make 108 signposts so you don’t stray.
And you’ll meet a picture that was drawn the surface of the water it melted their desire.
