OPHELIA Ⅲ, Ⅳ
This is a project trying to visualize the beauty and mystic, decorative inside the nature itself. We have found a maiden. Or nymph or fairy in the nature of Nakanojo, and named her Ophelia. We traveled across Nakanojo and saw its change of the season, and captured each site’s beauties as Ophelias.
OPHELIA Ⅲ Site: Sekizenkan
In Shima, its historic hot spring is incessantly gushing out in this Taisho Modern style architecture for a bath house. We tried to document its breathing and beauty.
OPHELIA Ⅳ Site: Shima Ouketsu
Mysterious blue of Shima-river has captivated us. We saw it drifting in the hollow, while the water is gradually eroding the river bed away little by little.
