この度、電力会社より電気経路の大型点検を以下の日程で行うことが決定いたしました。
つきましては、
・2019年9月19日
・お昼の12時から14時まで
上記の時間帯、停電となりましてエレベーターや室内の電気類のものが一切使用できません。

ご滞在中のお客様には、大変ご不便をおかけいたしますが、お客様には階段でのご移動をお願いいたします。
この度の停電につきまして、ご負担になられるお客様には誠に申し訳ございませんが、キャンセルをお願い致します。
当日の15時までは、無料でキャンセルをさせて頂きます。ネットからのキャンセルができないお客様のみ、スーパーホテル浅草までご連絡をお願い致します。
（ネットからご予約のお客様はネットからのキャンセルをお願い致します。）

We are writing to you to inform that we will have Electronic inspection on the 19th of September and will blackout on following schedule.

Time: from 12:00(noon) to 14:00
Due to the blackout, Any electronical devices including elevator and air conditioner will not be used during the time.
We are afraid but kindly ask you to use stairs to access your rooms while the inspection is performed.

To the guests who may concern this blackout, please cancel the booking via online.
For those who make the booking by phone/email, please contact us to cancel your booking.
The cancellation is free of charge for any cancellation policy by 15:00 on your day of arrival.
