10月7日（月）に御宿泊予約を頂いてるお客様へ、
大切なお知らせがございましてご連絡をさせて頂きました。

この度、年に1度のエレベーターの大型点検を実施することが、決定いたしました。
つきましては、
・2019年10月7日
・朝の10時から夜19時まで
上記の時間帯、エレベーターの使用は一切禁止となります。

大変ご不便をおかけいたしますが、お客様には階段でのご移動をお願いいたします。
お荷物の持ち運びはスタッフで行います。お客様が多い時間帯によりましては、お待ち頂く場合もございます。

階段でのご移動になりますので、ご負担になられるお客様には誠に申し訳ございませんが、
キャンセルをお願い致します。
当日の15時までは、無料でキャンセルをさせて頂きます。
ネットからのキャンセルができないお客様のみ、スーパーホテル浅草までご連絡をお願い致します。
（ネットからご予約のお客様はネットからのキャンセルをお願い致します。）
尚、宿泊料金に関しましては、変動ございませんことをご了承くださいませ。

This is to inform you an important notice to those guests who are staying on October 7th.

Due to the annual elevator inspection, you cannot use the elevator during the following date and time.
Date: October 7th, 2019
Time: From 10am to 7pm

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the stairs during the time.
We will support you with carrying luggage.
However, we might ask you to carry them by yourselves depending on the congestion degree.

We are afraid but if it is too difficult to use stairs, please cancel your reservation.
It is free to cancel the booking until 3pm on your accommodation date.
