箱根小涌園 三河屋旅館をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当館本館は国登録有形文化財に指定されており、創業から140年を迎えました。
これまで部分的な改修を行ってまいりましたが、老朽化に伴い、お客様の安全を最優先に本館の改修工事を実施させていただく運びとなりました。

【工事期間】
2025年6月2日（日）〜2025年12月末（予定）
※以下のとおり、2期に分けて実施いたします。

・第1期工事
期間：2025年6月2日〜8月下旬（予定）
場所：本館 客室棟

・第2期工事
期間：2025年9月〜12月下旬（予定）
場所：本館 正面・ラウンジ棟・フロント

工事期間中、建物の外周に足場を設置する予定がございます。

＜Notice of Renovation Work (June – December 2025)＞
Thank you very much for choosing to stay at Mikawaya Ryokan, Hakone Kowakien.
Our main building, registered as a Tangible Cultural Property of Japan, has been welcoming guests for 140 years. To prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, we will be carrying out essential renovation work.

【Renovation Schedule】
June 2, 2025 (Sun) – End of December 2025 (planned)
The work will be conducted in two phases as follows:

・Phase 1
Period: June 2 – Late August 2025 (planned)
Area: Guest room wing of the main building

・Phase 2
Period: September – Late December 2025 (planned)
Area: Main entrance, lounge wing, and front desk

Please note that scaffolding will be set up around the exterior of the building during parts of this period.
