Notice from the Management
As we, Hotel FLEX, are going to make all the guest rooms ‘No Smoking’ as of January 4th, 2019, we will begin to take all the necessary measures step by step, such as changing the wall paper of the smoking rooms starting in December from 1st Dec 2018.
The guests will have no be allowed to smoke in any of the common areas in and around the hotel building including the emergency stairs. Please refrain from any type of smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
We will try our best as a hotel where no smoking will be recommended from now on.
We really hope that this will not cause you any inconvenience, nor trouble.
Please smoke in a designated area.
Instead, we will assign a smoking area in the cafe outside of hotel facing the river, on the first floor. If you are a smoker, please keep this in mind. As a safety measure, there will be no ashtrays installed in the area. When you wish to smoke, please ask for a portable ashtray at the front desk each time and return it to us instead.
Designated smoking hours: Between 15:00 pm and 24:00 pm
