Regarding the air conditioning malfunction that occurred in the early hours of June 8, 2026, we are pleased to inform you that the necessary parts were replaced on June 17, and the system has been successfully restored. The air conditioning in all guest rooms is now fully operational without any issues.

We had temporarily suspended accepting new reservations due to this malfunction. However, we have now resumed taking reservations for stays between July 1, 2026, and October 31, 2026.

We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern this may have caused our guests.
Our entire staff sincerely looks forward to welcoming you.
