Notice and Apology Regarding Exterior Wall Renovation Work

日頃よりアーバイン東京・羽田 蒲田をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび当ホテルでは、お客様により快適な空間を提供するため、
下記の期間にて外壁の改修工事を実施させていただきます。
Our hotel will be undergoing exterior wall renovation during the following period.

2025年12月1日（月）〜2026年2月末日（予定・延長の可能性あり）
December 1, 2025 (Mon) - End of February 2026 (subject to extension)
※作業時間 / Working Hours
　8時〜18時頃（進行状況や天候によって前後あり）
　Around 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may vary depending on progress or weather conditions)

外壁の塗装・補修・防水工事および仮設足場の設置・撤去作業
Painting, repairs, waterproofing of exterior walls, and scaffolding installation/removal

■ お客様への影響について / Impact on Guests
工事期間中は、一部客室からの景観に影響が出るほか、
During the construction period, some guest rooms may have obstructed views,
騒音・振動・臭い等が発生する場合がございます。
塗装作業中は、窓の外側から養生を行うため、窓の開閉ができなくなります。
and noise, vibrations, or odors may occur during work hours.During the painting work, the windows cannot be opened or closed due to protective covering being applied from the outside.
また、安全確保のため、ホテル敷地の一部を立ち入り禁止とさせていただく場合がございます。
For safety reasons, parts of the hotel premises may be temporarily restricted.
