【重要】外部予約システム等を悪用したフィッシング詐欺（WhatsApp等）に関するご注意

平素より当社運営ホテルをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
現在、宿泊業界全体において、外部の予約管理システムや予約サイト等の名称を悪用し、WhatsAppやSMS等を通じてクレジットカード情報の再入力を促す不審な連絡（フィッシング詐欺）が多発しております。
当社運営ホテルをご予約のお客様におかれましても、同様の不審なメッセージが届く事例が確認されております。
当社ならびに当社運営ホテルから、WhatsApp等のメッセージアプリを介してクレジットカード情報や個人情報の入力を求めることは一切ございません。
不審なメッセージを受け取られた場合は、以下の対応をお願いいたします。
記載されたURLやリンクは絶対に開かない
クレジットカード情報や個人情報は入力しない
返信や記載内容の操作は行わない
※万が一、誤って情報を入力された場合は、被害防止のため速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご連絡いただき、利用停止等の手続きを行ってください。

[Important Notice] Beware of Phishing Scams Impersonating External Booking Systems (via WhatsApp etc.)

Thank you for choosing to stay with our hotel group.
Please be aware of industry-wide phishing scams where unauthorized third parties abuse the names of external booking platforms or systems via WhatsApp or SMS to request credit card verification.
We have confirmed that some guests booking with our hotels have also received these fraudulent messages.
Please note that neither our company nor any of our hotels will NEVER request credit card details or personal information via WhatsApp or any third-party messaging apps.
If you receive a suspicious message:
Do NOT click on any links or URLs.
Do NOT enter your credit card or personal information.
Do NOT reply to or interact with the message.
*If you have inadvertently entered your card details, please contact your credit card issuer immediately to request a block on your card.
