今年も始まりました。毎年７月１日から、京都では祇園祭の行事が始まります。長刀鉾では、お囃子のお稽古中。京の夏の始まりです。

Gion Matsuri(festival)
The Gion festival is held every year in July at Kyoto.The highlights of festival are the parade of festive floats over 6-meters tall, playing music from their upper floors,and also the festival during the evenings before the parade.(Festival eve :July 14-16 and July 21-23 . Parade:July 17 and July 24)
There floats are so gorgeous that they are sometimes even described as “mobile art museums.”
