ついに浜松まつりの時期がやってきました！！
今年は5年ぶりの通常開催で、2023年まで禁止されていた飲酒が認められ、開催期間は5/3-5/5の3日間です。
浜松祭りは今からおおよそ450年ほど前から続いている伝統ある祭りであり、浜松中の人が参加します。
浜松祭りには、2大名物があり、浜松市の中心部で雷神や風神など各町を象徴する彫刻を施した御殿屋台が優雅に練り歩く屋台引き回し、子供の誕生を祝う為に街中の人が一年の初凧を上げる凧あげ合戦が楽しめます。
浜松市内の人はもちろん、市外の人でも楽しめるお祭りです！

The time has come for the biggest event of Hamamatsu, ”Hamamatsu Matsuri”. (Matsuri means festival in English)
For the past few years, due to Covid 19 there has been many restrictions to the festival.
After 5 years, there will be no restrictions. The festival will be longer than last year and alcohol will be allowed.
The event will be held for 3 days. The date will be 5/3-5/5.
Hamamatsu Matsuri is a traditional festival that has been continuing in Hamamatsu for almost 450 years.
The two main events are ‘Pulling the stall’ and ‘Flying kite competition’.
Pulling the stall is an event where people pull the stall all around the city. Depending on the region, various symbols are sculptured. These symbol includes mythological gods such as Fujin (The god of wind) and Raijin (The god of thunder).
Flying kite competition is an event where you fly your kite to celebrate the birth of your child.
The sky will be full of kites.
