今日は私たちがホテルを構える難波という場所について少しお話しします！

かつてこの地には芝居小屋が多く佇み、江戸時代から多くの人で賑わっていた街です。
難波という地名はナ（古い日本語で魚という意味）の庭(昔はここで漁が盛んだったようです！)の説。
波が速い⇒なみはや⇒なにわ⇒なんばと時代と共に変化した説。
（※大阪に何度か来たことのある方はなみはやドームなんてご存じなのではないでしょうか？）
また後に発掘された日本最古の首都ではないかと推測される難波の宮が由来ではないか？と様々な説があります。

どの説にしても昔から人で賑わう街だったと推測できます。
現在も多くの商業施設や劇場、オフィスが並び活気のある街です！



Today we will talk about the city called Namba!

Long ago, many theaters stood here. It was a crowded city with many people since Edo era. Origin of the name Namba is ... One theory of Na (meaning fish in old Japanese) of Niwa(garden). Nami (wave) is Hayai (fast) ⇒ Namihaya ⇒ Naniwa ⇒ Namba and the theory that changed with the times. It is said "the temple of Namba" which is presumed to be Japan 's oldest capital is origin... In any theory, it was a town full of people from long ago. There are still many commercial facilities, theaters, restaurants and offices, and it is always a vibrant city!.
