They mainly use vegetables grown in the fields behind the restaurant that are cultivated and sown without the use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides, as well as local ingredients such as eggs and wild game cooked over charcoal or firewood. At UNWIND, we offer a ``mountainman'' plan that includes breakfast, allowing you to enjoy an overwhelmingly extraordinary experience. The address of the restaurant, located 30 minutes walk from our hotel, is not disclosed. Aim for the restaurant while exploring based on the coordinates and keywords we give you!
