現在、大浴場の外湯につきまして設備不良が確認されたため、
安全確保の観点から、男女ともに当面の間ご利用を停止しております。

なお、内湯につきましては通常どおりご利用いただけます。
ご利用を楽しみにされていたお客様には、大変ご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしますこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

現在、早期復旧に向けて対応を進めております。
復旧時期につきましては、決まり次第あらためてご案内いたします。

Thank you for staying at VIA INN PRIME SAPPORO-ODORI .
Due to a problem with the equipment, the outdoor bath is currently closed for both men
and women.
The indoor bath is available as usual.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to guests who were looking forward to
using the outdoor bath.
We are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.
We will share an update when the outdoor bath is ready to reopen.
