    We had a wonderful stay at this onsen hotel

    We stay in this hotel for 3 days.
    The hot spring was excellent. The indoor bath is very spacious and well ventilated, which made it very comfortable to relax in. I also really appreciated that the hotel provides a variety of shampoos and toiletries to choose from such a thoughtful touch.
    The drink machine in the lobby was also very convenient. After enjoying the onsen, having an ice-cold Coke was incredibly refreshing. Dinner was delicious as well. The fish hot pot and the scallops were both very tasty and nicely prepared.
    If I had to mention a small downside, it would probably be the location. The ski resort next to the hotel is no longer operating, which is a bit of a pity. It would also be perfect if the hotel could add a small kids’ play area in the future.
    Overall, this is a great hotel and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

    A bit pricy

    There is no onsite carpark. You have to park your car about 100m away in a multi-storey car park.
    Things are functional is the hotel, but nothing great.
    Pill is a problem. Too hard and too high. Take one in the reception before 7.00pm.

    Reasonably priced hotel

    With lots of parking spaces.
    Some small Japanese Restaurant nearby.
    The town is very very quiet in the evening.

    A touch of Warmth

    I stayed two nights in this hotel. The reception is really great and welcoming. I don't know much about Japanese. But the staff tried their very best to introduce the hotel facilities and all that I needed to know. Besides, a staff member introduced some great restaurants.  I am sure I will come back to  Hirosaki  again and I will stay in this hotel again.
