宿泊はとても快適で、露天風呂は素晴らしかったです。夕食も朝食も豪華で美味しく、中国語のサービスもありました。温泉街から少し距離がありますが、送迎があるのでとても便利で快適でした。バーからの景色もとても綺麗でした。次回もぜひまた泊まりたいです！The stay was very comfortable, and the outdoor onsen was amazing. Both the dinner and breakfast were delicious and luxurious, and there was also Chinese-language service available. Although the hotel is a bit far from the onsen town, they provide shuttle transportation, making it very convenient and comfortable. The view from the bar was also fantastic. I will definitely stay here again next time!

this time we went for the lantern festival. the hotel location is great, it is just 2 minutes from the river lantern. the view is great and charming.. just the weather was bad, it was raining whole day. this hotel location is great, you can easily go to onsen street for some shopping with just 5 minutes walk. it is a very traditional onsen hotel with 300 years history. though there was no bathroom in the room, but the whole style would give u comfort. the food is above average. the portion felt right to me . the staff is very kind and some of them could speak english. i and my family have a pleasant stay there.

We booked this hotel for our family trip and stayed for 2 nights. Condition of rooms and other facilities were good. All staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were delicious especially they made special meal arrangement for my mum who doesn’t eat beef. Couldn’t ask for more and thank you for the team who gave us a memorable experience.
