Great Facilities, but Service Could Be Improved

The renovated room, Executive Lounge, beach, and swimming pools were all excellent. Our child especially enjoyed the beach and pool facilities, and we had a very pleasant stay overall.
Before arrival, we received an email inviting us to complete online check-in. However, my name was misspelled in the hotel's system, which prevented passport verification. I reported the issue by email but received no response. Although the front desk resolved it at check-in, even the messages sent after check-out still showed the incorrect name.
One small disappointment was that many of the complimentary activities were fully booked, so we were unable to participate despite them being advertised as free.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope the hotel can further improve its service and reservation management.

Good hotels for relaxation

The staff were friendly and the hotel atmosphere was very comfortable. the kids loved the outdoor bath! I asked the hotel to arrange a spa service in my room; the massage therapists were very professional and the experience was very relaxing. It's only a three-minute walk from Shiga Beach, making it very convenient to swim. If you don't want to go to the beach, the hotel has two swimming pools. We had a Western-style breakfast at Turtle Bay, where we also had a turtle feeding activity. Even though we weren't Japanese, the hotel staff could still communicate with us in basic English. I highly recommend staying here to enjoy the unbeatable sea views and relaxed atmosphere of Miyakojima.

1人でも安心

Only 2 stations from the airport. Besides, the hotel is very close to the Aeon Hall, とにかくGood location！I stayed for 4 nights, the breakfast was updated every day, very impressive.
One thing a bit disappointed, there was a hair left on the shower head… should be improved. I shouldn’t complain as the price was quite reasonable.

Easily accessible, convenient & comfortable

Easily accessible but quiet though one side of the building is facing the main road.  Can take bus no. 120 at Naha airport and reach the apartment hotel by getting off at Ojana bus stop. Though the room of the hotel is small, it’s well equipped with everything you need: washing machine, water dispenser, rice cooker, electric stove, microwave, toaster, vacuum cleaner, etc. There is a balcony where you can dry your clothes too.  For restaurants, downstairs are Sukiya, MOS burger& Starbucks while MacDonlad is just across the street.  It takes about 15 minutes to the supermarket, the beach and convention centre.  About  7 minute walk away is the barber shop.  In short, this apartment hotel is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable.  It’s value for money though the room is not that big, the beds are a bit hard, and you have to throw away the trash and do the cleaning yourself. I would rate it at 4.5 out of 5.

2025 OKINAWA GO

It was an amazing trip, due to flight delay, we arrived to hotel very late time of the day, but main restaurant was still available. The hotel was gorgeous with wonderful beach, just like paradise. My boy loved the hotel, I think I definitely will go there again.
