  A modern hotel but feel like a Japanese ryokan

  A beautiful hotel that feels like a Japanese ryokan.  Even the gallery leading to the elevator and other facilities are surrounded with beautiful backyard.  Situated right beside the Inuyama Station, the hotel is also highly convenient as a start point for sightseeing in the city.

  Wonderful stay at Yokikan

  This is not my first time in Japan and not the first time stay in a Japanese traditional onsen hotel, but is best experience and received the most welcome from check in and check out.
  The roof onsen has a great view of seaside, the welcome drinking, dinner, fruits after dinner and breakfast are all delicious and enough to eat.
  I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience.and all the great staffs.

  The hot spring and the meal were good, but..

  I've been to Japan more than 20 times, but this was my first trip to Gero . I've been to other ryokans several times, but unlike other hotels, this hotel asked me to pay for the accommodation at check-in, so I thought it was a little strange, but I was willing to pay anyway. I was satisfied with the meal and hot spring during my stay at the hotel. The meal was particularly good compared to other ryokans. The problem occurred at the check-out time, the front desk staff asked me for the accommodation fee again. However, I left the receipt in my room,so I couldn't immediately prove that I had already paid  and i told the front desk staff that I had already paid yesterday, but it seemed impossible for them to check it right away. So, I received the key to the room again, went back to the room where I stayed, and after I brought the receipt, I was able to prove that I had paid for the accommodation fee the previous day. I almost paid for the accommodation twice.

  This was my first time using this hotel and the hotel room was very clean and various things were set up to make my stay pleasant.
  Also, the old Japanese ryokan style and the current hotel style are a good match, and I think foreign guests will feel comfortable staying here.
  I would stay at this hotel again.
