In recent years, there have been reports of smoke and fire incidents caused by mobile batteries (rechargeable batteries) both domestically and internationally.

To ensure a safe and secure stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following points when using mobile batteries in your room:

* Please check for the certification mark in the country of purchase (PSE mark in Japan) and use only products that have been certified as safe (such as genuine products).

* Do not use products that show any abnormalities such as scratches or swelling.

* Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are out of your room.

* Please refrain from charging in places exposed to direct sunlight, such as near windows, or on flammable materials such as beds and sheets.

* Please use the mobile battery in a location where you can constantly monitor its status while charging.

* During room cleaning, our staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging for safety reasons.

In the unlikely event that you experience unusual fever, odor, smoke, or other abnormalities, please immediately stop using the device and contact the front desk.
